CORE Occupational Medicine (CORE), also known as CORE and CORE, LLC provides online health management services to customers. Based on customer preferences, CORE sends notifications regarding health management service status. Consent to text is collected when the customer submits an online form.

By consenting to CORE’s SMS text notifications when submitting an online form requesting CORE services you agree to receive recurring text messages from us regarding services provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list.

Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition for receiving CORE services.

We do not charge for the SMS text notifications, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.
